a) Classified advertisement:

Different categories:
Ø Situation vacant/wanted
Ø Matrimonial
Ø For sale
Ø To let
Ø Lost and found
Ø Educational
Ø Missing person
Ø Language courses
Ø Packers and movers
Ø Land and property
Ø Tours and travels

How to create classified advertisement:

*    Format is rectangular or square.
*    Specify category according to the question. 
*    Make it brief and give only significant information.
*    To write in running lines.
*    Include details like: model no, year of manufacture, condition, requisites, payment, whom to contact, qualification, age, build, height, complexion etc as per the requirement.
*    Can write Information in digital, abbreviated and short form.
*    Must have contact address and phone no.
*    Need not be in complete sentences. 
*    Write in a box. Time yourself (5 to 7 Minutes).

How to create Non classified advertisement:

« It should be visually attractive. Use graphics, different font size and shape.
« May be spread out. Use designs, big and bold letters, different effects etc. to highlight the main points.
« Layout must have proportional spacing and impressive overall arrangement.
« Catchy, lucid and persuasive language.
« Punched line should be highlighted.
« Include essential details like-
a)  Name of the company, institution or organization.
b)  Details regarding product, event, educational courses.
c)   Special offers including discounts if any.
d)  Address must be there.           
« Write in a box. Time yourself (5 to 7 Minutes).
