Dear students,
Section C of your English Core paper consists of 6 questions carrying 40 marks
You need to cover the following
1. The poems & their poets
2. Short Questions ( at least 5 each) of all the chapters.
3. Just read the story once again and revise the questions.
4. Long questions should be at least one page (6 marks each)
5. Practise writing the questions.
6. For Novel, prepare separately for the characters and for the story line/plot related questions.
7. See old question papers, CBSE board papers and find frequently asked questions.
8. If you see at least 5 year's question papers, answer the short and long questions, that will be a good preparation for Section-C.
9. Ensure that you are not leaving any question un-answered.
10. In the short questions, you will find alternatives, choose the question you can answer the best. For Long questions also, you will be two questions each, think which question you know better and then start answering it.
Any score around 30 and above is not a bad score for this section. Just attempt all the questions.
