SUMMER VACATION (2018-19)

CLASS-XII

SUB: ENGLISH

1.       Collect two Reading passages of 10 and 12 marks and answer the questions given there. You can Xerox the passage and paste it before writing the answers.

2.       Make Notes on any three of the following chapters:

(i)                  Deep Water

(ii)                The Rattrap

(iii)               The Enemy

(iv)              Should Wizard Hit Mommy?

3.       Prepare a BIO-DATA/RESUME of your own. Look for the FORMAT suitable for preparing the same. The Educational qualification must be made in a table.

4.       Read the first five chapters of The Invisible Man and do the following:

(i)                  Write the summary of your own for those chapters.

(ii)                Write down at least 5 questions and answers based on the chapters.

5.       Write a speech to be delivered in the Morning Assembly on any one of the following topics:
(i)            Influence of Media on Public Opinion

(ii)           Outdoor Games a must for growth of Children
